- Flat-fee MLS listings
- Commission based listings
- Listing modifications
- Marketing services
- Appraisal services
- Real estate consulting
- Transaction support
- Broker assistance
Service Fulfillment
Services are delivered electronically and through direct communication with our clients.Following receipt of:
- A completed listing agreement
- Required property information and disclosures
- Any supporting documentation
- Payment of applicable fees
Our team will begin processing the requested services.
MLS Listing Activation
MLS listing services are typically submitted within [1–3 business days] after all required documents, information, and payment have been received and approved or later when requested by the client.Actual activation times may vary due to:
- MLS processing requirements
- Incomplete documentation
- Property verification requirements
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Client requested delayed listing
Communication
Service updates are generally provided through email, telephone, electronic signature platforms, or other approved communication methods.
Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide services promptly but cannot guarantee specific results, market exposure, buyer activity, property sales, or transaction outcomes.
